Carter Racing LLC Return Policy

At Carter Racing LLC, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Standard Returns

• Returns must be initiated and received by Carter Racing LLC within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns unless otherwise required by law.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Core Returns

• All core returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for a core credit.

• Core items must be returned in rebuildable condition and must match the original part purchased.

• Core credits may be reduced or denied if the returned core is damaged beyond rebuildable condition, incomplete, or does not meet manufacturer requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error:

• Special-order or custom-made items

• Electrical components that have been installed

• Used, installed, modified, or damaged products

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Carter Racing LLC within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide instructions for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, within a reasonable processing period.

Return Authorization

Please contact Carter Racing LLC before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional processing delays.
