Strengthen the valvetrain on your 5.9/6.7 Dodge Ram Diesel with the Hamilton Cams 07-T-002 1.45" DLC Coated Steel Tappets. Made for engines that produce high RPM’s and run 110 pound or heavier valve spring, these tappets are exactly what you need. Produced with a 1.45” wide tappet face for better surface area contact on wider cam lobes and finished with a DLC coating for greater wear protection. Sold as a set.
